To purchase templates, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

BundleMarket sells digital products in the form of Webflow templates. Upon purchase, you receive a license to use the templates subject to the following terms:

What You Can Do

• check_circle Customize and modify templates to suit your needs
• check_circle Use templates for client projects (one end product per client)
• check_circle Create multiple projects using templates from bundle plans

What You Cannot Do

• cancel Resell, redistribute, or sublicense templates in their original or modified form
• cancel Include templates in any competing product, template marketplace, or design resource library
• cancel Share your account or downloaded files with unauthorized users
• cancel Claim ownership of the original template design or code
• cancel Use templates for illegal, defamatory, or harmful purposes

• arrow_forward Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Stripe)
• arrow_forward You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction
• arrow_forward Pro Bundle subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date

All templates, designs, code, graphics, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of BundleMarket unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a template grants you a license to use it under these terms. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the templates.

Stock images, icons, and fonts used in template previews may be subject to their own licenses and may need to be purchased separately.

Our templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to ensure quality and compatibility, we do not guarantee that templates will meet all your specific requirements.

BundleMarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific product.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services if you:

Upon termination, your license to use any downloaded templates is revoked and all files must be deleted.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of BundleMarket shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
